Josh took care of my nonpayment case, and I was successful in getting the majority of my payment from the tenant. It was a pleasure to work with Josh. He never sugar coats things, and that is a big part of being a professional.

This last fall I had to break my lease due to a mouse infestation and was having difficulties dealing with the landlord company. I found Josh via google and contacted him. He was quick to respond and immediately began helping me with my case. I met with him in person once and from there out he was on top of contacting the landlord and keeping me in the loop. Although I had to pay the additional fee for hiring a lawyer, I believe it was through Josh's thorough work that I was able to successfully break my lease AND have my security deposit returned. He is easy to get along with a straight up person. I live in Boulder and recommend him to anyone in the area.
