You can choose now to design and implement the best plan to achieve your vision, help your family, reduce or eliminate your concerns, and give yourself the peace of mind you are seeking.
I have been an attorney for 43 years after my service as a high school teacher and coach. As a teacher, I learned the importance of being an effective and understandable communicator, an active listener, and a compassionate advisor and counselor.
My practice has included wills, trusts and estate planning for 19 years. I continue to practice law solely in the estate planning arena because I enjoy helping people with the important areas of lifetime disability planning and estate planning (wills and trusts).

My wonderful wife, Donna, and I have been married for 45 years. We have a great son and daughter, six precious grandchildren, and two super Shelties. We have lived in Longmont, Colorado since 1972.

I worked with Marc on a case in which we each were representing a trust, negotiating a real estate agreement between the trusts. Marc was diligent and professional to work with and I was impressed with his thoughtfulness and attention to detail in drafting the agreement. I would readily recommend Marc to anyone seeking estate planning assistance in the Longmont area.
