Dennis Arthur Kist

Dennis A. Kist was born in 1955 in Brooklyn, New York.  Mr. Kist grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1960 to 2005.  After graduating from high school, Mr. Kist attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas where he graduated in 1977 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science.  Mr. Kist then attended the Lewis & Clark School of Law in Portland, Oregon where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in law in 1980.  Mr. Kist returned to his home in Las Vegas and formed the firm of Dennis A Kist & Associates. 

The firm represented clients in most areas of law including family law, bankruptcy, wills, criminal misdemeanors, and general civil litigation.  Mr. Kist specialized in labor and employment law where he represented workers in employment and workers compensation disputes, as well as many of the labor unions in Southern Nevada in contract negotiations, grievance/arbitration representation, and agency representation.  Mr. Kist attained a reputation in the media and the courts as one of the top in his field. 

In 2005, Mr. Kist relocated to Colorado where he has represented clients in various areas including estate planning, traffic,  social security.
