  • Matthew H Simmons

I have known Mr. Mallonee for over ten years. In that time, I have worked with him on a variety of matters, and routinely involve him when I have a conflict of interest or need to expand my litigation team to include expert analysis, particularly as to damages issues. Perhaps the highest compliment I can think of is to report that in 2008 an opponent of mine -- one of the top trial lawyers in Hawaii -- dubbed Mr. Mallonee a "Svengali" shortly after I added Mr. Mallonee to our trial team to cross examine several defense experts.
