Attorney Noll and her staff, including Attorney Koren, are experts in their field. They handled both my divorce and custody matters. Additionally, I retained Attorney Noll when pursuing additional Custody of my children several years after my initial divorce and custody settlement. We were successful... in all endeavors. She understands the nuances of the local court systems and has an excellent working relationship with the judges and other prominent attorneys. We were there for one specific purpose and that was how we approached everything. You also need to be prepared to put the work in and give your attorney as much information and detail that you possibly can in order for her to apply her legal expertise any appropriate strategy for the given situation. Attorney Noll does her job very well, but don’t confuse her as someone who is going to constantly remind you of things or follow up to make sure that you did the things that you were supposed to or white glove you and hand hold you through every step. In addition to having her in your court, you need to do the research and understand the steps and make sure that you do what you tell her you’re going to do, when you tell her you’re going to do it. Overall, If you are looking for somebody to walk you through every step of the experience and provide emotional support and guidance, then you should be looking for a consultant.
