Ann Toney represented me in a complex DUI case in which the District Attorney would not offer a plea deal for various reasons related to my career. A deputy was sitting outside of a bar/ restaurant and stopped me as I exited the establishment for no legal reason. She was diligent and thorough throug...hout the entire process and was tough when she needed to be tough. She fought and won the Department of Revenue Revocation ensuring that I would keep my driver's license.
