Clear, plain spoken, and straightforward information with as much explanation as I needed to understand what I was about to undert...ake, bankruptcy. I never thought I would be in that situation like many of his clients are when they approach Peter. I was rather anxious over the whole idea, even though I knew I had come to a point where I had no choice but to seek bankruptcy. He was direct, struck me as fully knowledgeable about the variables and consequences of each decision along the way, and was able to explain my situation and any questions I had in as much detail as I needed to make "my" decision. And in the end, that was what I needed in an attorney. Once all had been explained and consequences thereof explored, it was left in my hands as how to proceed with each concern and stage of the progression of my case. Peter did not try and direct me to "his" preferred decision, it was my choices to be made as I felt it should be. He was simply a fountain of information on all aspects of my bankruptcy. As for integrity, at our initial meeting, he advised me to seek an attorney closer to my residence, as he would have to charge more than a usual fee to travel a good distance to my meeting with the Court trustee. I knew I could have confidence in his representation of my case even more so, and I hired him without question. Most importantly for me, my case proceeded just as he outlined it most likely would, from the initial filing until the Court closed my case. Peter was available for email or phone consultation as I needed, and thoroughly answered all questions and concerns throughout the whole process. In the end, my case was discharged with the terms he outlined would be most likely at the outset, indicating his knowledge and experience in this field. I cannot see how I could be more satisfied with my choice of attorney in a difficult time, and I continue to feel the same way about Peter Mullison, and Colorado Bankruptcy Law Group.
