I have just settled a post decree motion and can't say enough positive things about Brenda and her entire team.
My case has been lengthy and complicated and emotional - as most cases can be. I have been dealing with an emotionally abusive/ addicted ex, who put our kids in jeopardy, and hid all his financials from me- to the extent that I wasn't even receiving child support.
After years of trying to solve the matter on my own, and "nicely"- I faced facts and Brenda helped me get tough and truthful.
If you really want someone to fight for you, and for your children- Brenda really is the attorney for you!
I thank her for all she did for me and my children.

Brenda Storey is an outstanding attorney. She represented me during my court case concerning custody and parenting time. When I first thought about going to court, the idea of choosing a lawyer was overwhelming since I lived in TX and my twins were in Denver, CO. Brenda and her team made me feel at ease and she explained the process to me. I felt comfortable with her and she immediately won me over. I continue to be impressed by how much she cares about children and what is best for them. She has a passion for what she does! I can honestly say Brenda was always there to answer any questions I had concerning my case. She is professional, has integrity and is available when needed. There are not too many attorneys out there that will call you back ASAP but she is one of them! I never worried about being so far away (in TX) because I trusted her completely. Due to her hard work and dedication, we were able to win my custody case. My twin sons now live with me and my family in TX. Choosing Brenda Storey as my attorney was the first step to one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I recommend Brenda Storey; you will not be disappointed!

Brenda Storey represented me in my recent divorce. In a word she was, great! From our first meeting, Brenda listened and empathized with me, quickly realizing I came from a bullied marriage. I learned, also from our first meeting, that Brenda had my best interests as her top priority. While I was sometimes emotionally charged she didn’t allow emotions surrounding my case to negatively impact her actions or decisions. She was always calm, professional and reassuring. In one particular instance, mediation, she proved to be a stalwart. She held her ground on all aspects of the separation, even willing to go to court unless a fair, equitable settlement was reached. From beginning to end, Brenda carried herself professionally and gracefully. I always felt comfortable and confident talking with her and knowing that she would fight for the best outcome. While I hope the need never arises, I would highly recommend her to others.

I endorse this lawyer. Brenda is an excellent advocate and a lawyer's lawyer. She fights to win, and her responses show a great depth of both knowledge and insight into the law. Her responses on sites such as AVVO additionally put her out in the community, helping members of the public, contributing to the greater "legal good". You should hire her if you're in Colorado. She knows how to win.
