I have had the chance to work with Molly Jensen and her staff on a DUI issue of mine. I was unable to afford a lawyer and Molly still took on my case pro-bono and never once allowed my inabilities to pay affect her or the quality work she provided. She was amazing and got my case dismissed before trail. I am a disabled Veteran with no means to fight this case. Without her and her staff a innocent person would have been convicted. Molly brought my case from a D.U.I. to D.W.A.I. The D.A. did not offer me a plea for over a year as from October of 2019 until May of 2021. She fought for me the whole time as I did not get my plea bargin until days before my hearing. She was also very knowledgeable in directing me to my best case scenario.

I have dealt with many different attorneys throughout my life with family, friends and personal issues and never have I ever had the attention to detail preformed in my current case than with my current attorney Molly Jansen. December 31st 2019 received 95 mile an hour ticket in 55 which as we all know is a 12 Point ticket! Which she was able to negotiate down to six points. Which foot me at 8 points, in July I got another ticket 84 in a 60 which she was able negotiate and reduce do a 2-point violation allowing me to keep my license. I can't say enough about the work she did, not to mention the crap she had to listen to but she took it all in stride. She understood my side while keeping my perspective on the law. She was an excellent attorney!

I would highly recommend hiring Molly Jansen. Molly is extremely intelligent and a bulldog in the courtroom. She is extremely persistent and relentless until she gets the best outcome for her clients. I am 100% convinced she is your best chance at beating the courts. She does cost more than some of the other lawyers, BUT SHE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. If you read other slanderous reviews on these pages, they are most likely FAKE and have NEVER even hired Molly. I was referred to Molly buy someone, and it turned out to be the best thing to happen to me. I've never had, nor have I seen an attorney fight so much for her client. Molly Jansen has been the absolute best person and lawyer to work with. She cares about all her clients very much and is very responsive when getting in contact with her. She does everything she possibly can to get you the best options and deals out of the court system as long as you do exactly what she tells you to do, and I mean EXACTLY! I highly recommend Molly Jansen. First off I have only had one experience with lawyers was through my divorce and I wasn’t to pleased with their services and I have never had any legal issues. I was very skeptical about hiring an attorney and upon consulting with a few I was told I didn’t have a very “strong case” mostly due to a very botched traffic stop and arrest and i didn’t want to get charged with a crime I didn’t commit. I am someone who will admit if I am in the wrong for something if that had been the case I wouldn’t have sought legal council. I had finally consulted with Molly and she took her time went through every detail with me from that night and advised me on my rights and even gave some legal advice and this all even before I hired her on as my attorney. She was very straight to the point nor did she blow smoke she assured me it wasn’t going to be an easy process but it was worth the fight. From day one I had felt like she had my best interest and was willing to fight for me and on top of that she is an extremely compassionate human being at the beginning of all of all of this I got extremely sick and ended up in the hospital and her first concern was how I was doing and continued to check on me.
