In addition, James can guide you through the difficult process of determining child custody (the allocation of parental responsibilities) and child support, and will fight for your parental rights.
In 2013, James was honored to be published in the Colorado Lawyer and recognized as Faculty at the annual Colorado Bar Association Family Law Institute. He continues to be active in the family law community.
Prior to joining Kaplan Law, James worked at small family law firm in Denver. He completed a Fellowship at the Colorado Department of State where he helped develop new policies based on his analysis of statutory law and administrative regulation, and prompted legislative change to the Notary Public statute. James enjoys triathlons, cycling, skiing, dancing, and loves watching football.
