There are WC Lawyers and then there is Michael, I have had Mike since 2009 after i was hurt in November 08 in my opinion this is more then just a job for Mike. You can feel how much he cares for you and your family, this man and his staff treat you like family and not just another pay day. For alm...ost 10 years now Mike and Brandy have helped me and my family through some very tough times with WC and he has never never let me down, every time and i mean every time he has advised me to do something it worked out perfectly. If you need a WC Lawyer you are doing yourself a disservice by not having Mike and his staff in your corner, they are kind, considerate, compassionate, hard working and there only concern is making sure you get the treatment you deserve. The WC system can be very intimidating and confusing and WC like it that way so don't go it alone and make sure when you do take it on you do it with the best Michael Kaplan. First, let me say that Michael Kaplan was the best decision I made when I hurt myself at work. I called and met with him. When Michael heard my case , he knew he could help me and my family. All I can say is he kept in touch and communicated with me about everything that went on. Micheal made me feel... at ease because he knew exactly what had to be done and handled my case with success.
