I hired attorney Colleen Kelley of Wolf Law to represent me with legal matters that I can only describe as awkward and sensitive, and which entailed both criminal and civil aspects. I am extremely pleased with her work, and to summarize my opinion: She is excellent as a legal representative, and I fi...nd her to be effective, efficient, professional and ethical. First Impression: Colleen is the third attorney I contacted. The first one I telephoned used a third party answering service, the second one’s phone went to what sounded like a personal voice mail. I got the impression that these were part time attorney’s or people offering legal services out of the back of a van. When I called the Wolf Law Office, Colleen answered the phone directly, and when I probed her a little, she confirmed that they operate out of a physical office space and also have an administrative assistant who typically answers the phones, but was out that day. Already, Wolf Law seemed more invested and more professional than the other two attorneys I tried contacting. I also got a very favorable impression when speaking with Colleen about my situation and expectations; she was not judgmental, and she was not condescending or defensive when I asked her why I should choose her instead of another attorney. I could tell right away that this was someone I could work with and who I wanted to work with. First Milestone: Once we agreed to proceed with Colleen’s legal representation, I provided her with details and documentation as requested, and she took it from there, contacting me to provide updates or request follow up information. I remember when she telephoned me to report on her first engagement with the legal system on my behalf: I was surprised by how forthright she was in representing my interests, and I remember being impressed by how direct and effective she was. Conclusion: At the end of the engagement, Colleen telephoned me to relay the final outcome, which turned out to be the ideal scenario that we initially sought. She also told me that she would be refunding (!) a research deposit, which it turned out she did not have to use. (This alone is mind blowing that she was returning the deposit which she didn’t use for its intended purpose. That’s a level of honesty and ethics which one doesn’t typically encounter. I highly recommend the legal services of Colleen Kelley, she is principled, and is excellent at what she does.

I worked with Jeffrey on my first DUI case. I had a high BAC but instead of focusing on that, he had me focus on the things I could do before court to prepare. I had multiple charges stacked against me by the CSP office for a questionable "hit and run" in my office parking lot. Jeff reviewed the video evidence and was able to get the charges reduced from 26 points against my driver's license down to 4. He was also able to get the fines reduced to the minim...um amount! In society nowadays its guilty til proven innocent which is difficult when you have done nothing wrong. I had serious false allegations against me and immediately consulted jeff. He told me how wise i was to use my 5th and from then on i was not harassed by the detective again. He followed up daily a...nd did his best to get a favorable outcome and charges were declined. I highly recommend hiring an attorney from Wolf law if you get into some trouble. I called them and they were able to get me in and give me a consultation almost immediately that same day. The prices are very manageable and definitely worth it. Colleen Kelley took her time collecting all the evidence... and negotiating with the DA. By the time it was said and done she was able to get my first case dismissed before trial and my second case she got me a deferred judgement which was very nice considering the charges against me. Colleen was helpful throughout the whole process and addressed all my concerns and questions. She is experienced and knows exactly what to say confidently in the courtroom.
