Evan has been nothing short of excellent in over 25 years dealing with all of our corporate legal issues. We have 5 entities that he has among other things, formulated sales agreements, issuance of stock certificates, buy/sell agreements, collections, and State of Colorado Secretary of State compliance. He has always offered reasonable advice to help our multiple ownership team make practical decisions in all aspects over the years.

Evan did a great job. He was able to negotiate with PMH and their lawyers to get a written settlement that worked for me and kept it out of court!! He was also very fair in his billing.

Mr. Lipstein represented us in a civil lawsuit in 2010 and 2011. We are very conservative, and to pursue legal representation was a very exceptional action on our part. We initially confirmed the budgeted amount that we had reserved for his fees. His fees were very explicit, fair, and he kept within our budget. Mr. Lipstein should be commended for his immediate responses to our questions and to the court. He represented us very professionally and his knowledge of law was definitely an asset to our suit. We won our case and feel that his performance should be lauded.
