Excellent Firm

We switched to Gavin and her team during a stressful, high-conflict post-divorce issue last year. My husband and I felt that our previous representation just didn’t have an effective enough game plan in approaching the repeatedly unprofessional tactics from the opposing counsel and in dealing with my... high-conflict Ex. Gavin, Heather and Laura made the transition feel seamless, and since then have handled our ongoing family law issues with a high level of professionalism, integrity and acuity. We have found everyone at her firm to be consistently responsive and communicative. So grateful for their excellent work ethic and effective representation.

Competent and caring

Great Attorney & Team

Jane Michalakes was my attorney for my divorce process. Although I had my doubts in the beginning as I thought she was being "too nice" responding to my ex she came through very professionally in the end and put the ex in their place when she needed to. Jane and her team of paralegals/staff at Hallig...an LLC did a wonderful job at handling all the required documents, mediation, research, being the middle person with the ex, and etc... I would highly recommend them. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Finally a Divorce Attorney who knows what she is doing!!!

I've used 2 other Denver attorneys over the past 5 years for my divorce and both left me wondering how the attorneys actually passed the Bar exam. Gavin has restored my faith that there actually are attorneys who actually know what they are doing. She handled my matter (dispute about travel with my... kids) in a professional and fast manner. I can not say enough good things about her and her firm. I will use them in the future if I have any issues with my Ex.....god I hope not.

Gavin is simply awesome

I am so thankful to have had Gavin, Laura, and the rest of Halligan LLC in my corner during a very difficult process. At the end of the day, I can honestly say that I got almost everything I desired including a great parenting plan that will allow me to have as much time with my son as possible. When... it comes to divorce matters, I’m not sure how anyone could choose an attorney not named Gavin Halligan.
