Joanna is just awesome!!!!! She knew every section of the process and guided us through till the end. Most importantly, she is very professional and always straight to the point at all times. I recommend Joanna to anyone seeking help with immigration issues. I intend on using Joanna again as my immigration attorney when next I require her services.

I highly recommend that you hire Joanna Gustafson for your immigration issues. My husband and I couldn't imagine trying to sort through all the paper work and government processes without Joanna! My husband was immigrating from the Netherlands, which is supposed to be an "easy" country to move to the US from…but it still took 14 months for him to get his green card approval. Throughout the entire process Joanna gave us great advice, filed all of our forms in a timely manner, returned our emails/phone calls promptly and answered our many questions! Even when we were in Europe with an 8 hour time difference and had information to submit to the government - she was always available for us! Don't try to do this on your own (and get unnecessary delays) - it's worth every penny of hiring Joanna to take care of everything correctly! We appreciate all the hard work she did for us!

My wife and I were introduced to Joanna in February of 2013, as we were engaged at the time and we planned to marry. I wanted to make the United States my home to be with her. Joanna was quite friendly and helpful in assisting and guiding us in the steps to achieve this goal. She gave us the best way to proceed starting with getting married and then applying for immigrant status for me after our wedding.
Joanna prepared us for each step of the way from our first interview until my immigration in December of 2014. Through the entire immigration process, Joanna was available to us via email and telephone to answer any questions we had. Our entire professional relationship was conducted without ever meeting in person as my wife was in Iowa, I was in Canada and Joanna is in Colorado. She prepared our forms and helped us to file the required documents in a timely and efficient way. She counseled us through the process and prepared me for the immigration interview expertly. There were some special circumstances pertaining to my immigration process as both my wife and I are blind. Joanna understood and went above and beyond to ensure that we had access to all our documentation and correspondence.
Joanna kept us informed each step of the way through my immigration process. She was a pleasure to work with. If you need assistance to immigrate to the United States, my wife and I would highly recommend you contact Joanna. She made the overwhelming and difficult process of immigrating easy. We both were quite satisfied with the legal advice and assistance she provided us and we will call on her again when the need arises.
