This is a late review but I need to say this and post it, Jay Tiftickjian and team are the best. Jay and team are engaged from the very start. He and his team work across the USA with other DUI lawyers; they really do know their stuff and can help you. Also for me throughout they come across as authe...ntic and that they care. Human and professional. From what I remember the prices are reasonable too considering it is a DUI matter - I looked in Denver before deciding on this team. For Denver or wherever reasonably close to the area for matter involving a DUI - this is your team and they will help. We won our case and anytime it makes sense I recommend this these guys. From start to beginning Jay was more than helpful. Upon first phone call we had already set up a game plan. Out of the many lawyers I spoke with in the hiring process Jay was the most honest, direct about the situation and by far seemed the most knowledgable to questions and concerns. Jay was able to... help me handle my case beyond what I thought was capable. After listening to Jay and following all his pre-court suggestions and preparations I was able to receive no jail time, fees dropped, and I only had to served a three month probation of my year probation due to early termination. Having Jay by my side was key to my entire court process, and stayed at my side until my probation was over with. It seemed as Jay was going above and beyond, always available to chat on the phone or email, help with questions, meet, or help with other steps of the process whenever was necessary. Jay was also very affordable lawyer, especially for the service he had provided. I would absolutely recommend Jay for everything he was able to do.

When I was first charged, I was very frightened as my charge could have led to some serious time. My particular case was tricky (all cases are I suppose), but Jay calmly got through it all extremely skillfully. His preparation was extremely thorough and I felt very comfortable in his hands. Again, my... case was high risk and I very well could be in prison right now instead of writing this review right now. So his thoroughness and preparation was extremely comforting in a very testing time. Talk about peace of mind. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and gave me an honest assessment of my case at every turn. "Honest assessment" includes the hard truths. I was grateful no detail was spared and I got a very real look at how things were going to go. Thankfully, my case never ended up going to trial (his firm negotiating another testament to his skill). However, I still would have liked to see him perform in that kind of situation. The reason I say that is because of the court hearing that killed the case against me. He fought zealously and was on fire. You could see not only the skill and preparation but the sheer passion he feels for his career and his client. I could not have asked for a more dedicated advocate. As a young person that is looking at law school and a career in legal advocacy, he was no less than inspiring. I will never forget the fire you could feel burning in him and the defeated prosecutor with his tail between his legs. I don't envy any attorney that has the misfortune of facing Jay in court. Considering the severity of my charge, Jay got results. He gave the prosecution no quarter. Like I said, I could very well be sitting in prison looking at a long, long sentence but instead I am sitting here writing this review. I consider myself extremely blessed to have his help. Again, not only because of the resolution, but because his firm advocacy gave me peace of mind through a very trying time. I would recommend him for anybody with a serious charge or any charge for that matter. I cannot praise him highly enough. 6 stars and 3 thumbs up.
