I recently hired Jay to defend me against the charge that I failed to report an accident and did not exchange information with the other driver. Each offense carried a potential 12 point driving penalty and even a possible jail sentence. While I believed that I was innocent of these charges, I did ...not want to run the risk of having my driver's license suspended if I was found guilty of either one of the charges.
