I have never had any run-ins with the law, so for the first to be a potential DUI, I was sent into a tailspin. I had no idea how to even select an attorney. Google was my friend, and after reaching out to several candidates, I decided to move forward with the Tiftickjian Law Firm. My BAC showed t...hat I was certainly intoxicated. There were several anomalies with my arrest, roadside tests, DMV hearing, etc. Regardless, it looked as though I was going to have a DUI, which would have assured loss of my outside sales job. Jay was always sincere, and up front. He informed me that it would be a difficult case, but that he and his team would take it on, and strive for the optimal result. He asked what I wanted/expected as my desired (but realistic) outcome. I did end up receiving a DWAI, which was best case, for my scenario. Travis and James were also very straight-coming, and easy to work with. The team's respected relationship with the DA was helpful. The team, as a whole, was always there to answer questions via email/phone, etc. They worked hard to make sure I was adequately aware of the scenarios, and I felt that I was well-represented. I feel as though I made a good selection, with the Tiftickjian Law Firm. Though they were a pleasure to work with, I trust that I will never be in this position, again. Lastly, in regards to payment/fees, they did not rack up unnecessary fees, as you often hear of. While the flat rate is above several others, I would be skeptical of hiring based upon low-cost. Jay and his team are highly respected in the DUI/DWI community for a reason. They will work with you on a payment plan, also. As often said, you typically get what you pay for- and for me, it was a worthy investment. Jay, Travis, & James- thank you for your representation in my case.

They took my case after my chosen lawyer couldn't continue. They know of whom I speak. I was in panic mode, until I was referred and made the call. They handled both my court appeal, and set up a CO DMV hearing to protest a mis judgement, DMV was going to visit on me. I seriously think CO DMV was ...going to ride rough shod over me at that hearing without the intervention from the Tiftickjian firm. And then when DMV dropped the incident and the hearing was canceled, the firm pro-rated of a portion their fee and returned it back into my account. Who does that this day and age ? Thanks Amy !! Our interlock company mishandled reporting and procedure for my husband's install, reporting and removal of an interlock device (we switched companies due to relocating). This resulted in revocation of his driving privileges. We had everything documented and tried to get the Colorado DMV and the inte...rlock company to address the issue with no success. We couldn't even get a person to listen to the problem at the DMV and we were looking at serious legal consequences. When we took the matter to Tiftickjian Law Firm, they were supportive and had the issue resolved and gone within a week for a very reasonable fee. They will be our attorneys for the remainder of our involvement with the legal system.

All of the other firms I visited in regards to my case did not seem as aggressive as I wanted them to be with my defense. The Tiftickjian Law Firm promised to do all they could to reduce my charges. My experience with Jay Tiftickjian was very positive. All things considered, I think the outcome of my case could have been much worse. Jay was not the cheapest attorney that I interviewed to handle my case, and I will never know what would have happened if I had gone a different direction, but tha...nks to Jay's expertise I avoided some severe potential consequences. Jay is very approachable and I appreciated his patience in explaining the process to me and what I could expect. I don't know much of what happened behind the scenes in terms of Jay's negotiations with the prosecutor, but I don't have any reason to believe another attorney would have had any more success.
