My experience with this firm has been almost exclusively with Travis Zeigler and has been nothing but excellent. Travis returned my call almost immediately. I had contacted several other firms but I was impressed by Travis’ promptness and thoroughness with answering my questions. This was especially ...helpful during those first few days and weeks that were so emotional and critical to getting things worked out with my license and knowing what to expect with my first court date. He provided detailed yet easy to understand information and instructions that helped me through the many complicated processes at the DMV and with court. Travis led me expertly through the entire process from day one until the day I was sentenced. Much to my dismay, I've had various problems with the terms of my probation and Travis has guided me through all of it. Travis was more than willing to take my case to trial when I requested it but gently helped me to understand that that was not the best course of action in my case. He never forced a course of action, however, and presented me with all of the information I needed to make the right decision. As a result, I was able to settle and get started on the requirements necessary to complete probation quickly. I’ve had a very complicated case because of an out-of-state move well before my probation is over as well as confusion over a previous incident in another state. Travis has been there for me every step of the way, giving advice and going to bat for me when several mistakes were made with my case in the court system. He has truly gone above and beyond, researching detailed and obscure rules that applied only to my very complex case. I honestly could not have hoped for such a good lawyer. He knows the laws inside and out and is meticulous in his approach. He is incredibly accessible, especially at crucial times, allowing me to call him directly when I needed prompt advice. I have always received a thorough email response to my questions the same day I sent them. Travis was encouraging and kind when I needed it most, thorough, knowledgeable, prompt and stern with those who made mistakes in my case. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone with the most straightforward to the most complicated of cases.
