I had some serious charges against me. Vehicular assault & DUI. These were brought up against me unfairly, and the charges were dropped by the time my first court date (arraignment) came up. The prosecution didn't have a great case, but I think being represented by Tiftickjian contributed to the... charges being dropped.

My case was different than most. To start, I was only 20 when I was convicted of my DUI. Not only this, but I had a hit and run involved with my case. Obviously, I had a lot going on and didn't know where to even begin. When I started contacting lawyers, I came across Jay's Firm. First, I spoke with ...Travis and before I was even considered a "client" he spent time with me explaining what I needed to do to get started (putting myself on UAs, taking alcohol education classes, etc.). I was very appreciative of him speaking with me. Then, we met with Adrienne. She was extremely professional and kept me very informed. We decided to go with Jay's firm. When I went to court, Jay stood beside me and was extremely informative of what I needed to do that day. I never felt like I was "lost" or didn't know what was going on. Jay answered any questions that I had. Overall, I had an extremely great, easy experience with them. In the end, I was sentenced to almost the minimum I could ask for. Jay was an EXTREMELY down to earth guy and never made me feel uneducated. I would recommend Jay to anybody who was in my situation. He made this stressful situation go as easy and smooth as possible.
