Our interlock company mishandled reporting and procedure for my husband's install, reporting and removal of an interlock device (we switched companies due to relocating). This resulted in revocation of his driving privileges. We had everything documented and tried to get the Colorado DMV and the inte...rlock company to address the issue with no success.
