Thorough, tenacious and empathetic

Gregory was incredibly empathetic to my situation during the entire process while keeping me informed of all necessary steps, options, and necessary documents. Nothing was a mystery as he and his assistant Andrea were very thorough in all explanations and ensuring I understood what was happening, and... required of me to move forward in the process. I can't say enough good things about the support, communication and follow through from Mr. Cairns. He found every bit of information and detail that was important to my case during settlement and made sure my situation was not minimized and treated in a professional objective manner. The amount that he was able to hold accountability to the other side was immense. If I ever found myself in a similar situation I would definitely want Gregory representing me and highly recommend him on grounds of knowledge, experience, humanity, as well as communication and follow up.

Knowledgeable and respected in his field

I appreciate Greg’s knowledge and expertise in the workman’s comp legal field. I know his experience and reputation helped the outcome of my case immensely. He was compassionate, timely and professional throughout the long process of resolving my case.

Honest, Knowledgeable, Hard Working, and Kind

Greg is honest, knowledgeable, hard working, and kind. I appreciate that throughout the duration of my case he and his paralegal, Andrea, kept me updated and were always quick to respond via email or phone. I found my work comp case made me feel vulnerable and exposed. Greg asked me how I was and hel...ped me to feel human through the experience as well. He fought for my rights and for the best for me and my future. He acknowledged the toll I was under with my profession being taken from me with my injury. He also encouraged my professional understanding of my case as a nurse and always greeted me with the utmost respect. Greg's understanding of the law and case law was reassuring. He is a person I am thankful I had on my side throughout my case.

Kind, Candid, & Direct

Greg helped navigate the BS of the work comp system. I really appreciated his 'give it to you straight' approach and his patience/guidance in making difficult decisions related to healthcare and career. He listens, follows through, and has a kind, candid, direct demeanor that is very refreshing. I'...m incredibly grateful for Greg and Andrea's help.

Big mistake

Cairns will tell you that he used to work on the side of the insurance companies and claims he knows how the system works. At first, you’ll think that means he’s on your side and will guide you to making the best decisions for your future. Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality, you’ll r...ealize that Cairns conducts all of his deals to the benefit of himself and the insurance companies Your future medical and financial stability means nothing to him. Cairns will throw you under the bus along with a long list of promises he never intended to keep. This is the type of person who gives attorneys a bad reputation. Cairns is the bottom of the barrel who should have retired decades ago before causing so many of his clients to lose faith in the legal system. Hiring Cairns was the biggest mistake ever. Dealing with Cairns was the worst part of the lengthy and extremely stressful process. Greedy, narcissistic, misleading and questionable ethics.

Dear "Sam": A lawyer's duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions, and in an abundance of caution I do not feel at liberty to respond in a point-by-point fashion in this forum. Suffice it to say that I do not believe that the post presents a fair and accurate picture of my representation in your case.
