Was on time, straight forward and to the point. He was really specific and very helpful, and I could clearly understand everything. I now know the process and how to go about my situation, know exactly what to do or how it's going to work. It does not seem as expensive or hard as I thought it would b...e. Overall a very great first experience and wouldn't mind working with in the future. It was also a lot more professional than I thought it would be being over video chat via zoom. A nice, convenient thing now days and definitely saves the trip! I am over all satisfied with the whole presentation.
