Ms McDowell's service on my behalf over the past 11 years has been exemplary. Her guidance through my lengthy, ofttimes difficult process was what I needed, never having had experience with the court system. Aside from that, and perhaps most important to me, her compassion for all parties concerned w...as why I keep returning to her when I need legal help. It's about doing the right thing with Karen, and that resonates with me. At the same time she doesn't let you forget that she is your advocate and will fight for what you deserve. I also appreciated her patience with me. Though her rates are quite reasonable, my unemployment sometimes made payment difficult. I really appreciated that.
