I would not hesitate whatsoever in recommending Mr. Rosenthal to anyone who is in need of a spirited advocate for litigation. Personally, I had a dilemma (look up definition) where I had to make a decision. Mr. Rosenthal stuck it out with me the whole way with courtesy, compassion, understanding, ex...pert counseling and sincerity. He filed an excellent motion to suppress which gave me some considerable leverage within the proceedings. In conclusion, I believe the outcome was more than favorable. If you have any issue with the authorities he can give you the best defense. I also am convinced that professionalism extends to any other area which he is versed outside of constitutional law.

My son was stopped in Lone Tree and was found with a marijuana cigarette as the possession laws in Colorado were changing. There were a lot of curves in the case but basically, and literally, Jeremy fought city hall to help my son. I believe that Jeremy was so personally outraged by the injustice o...f what he found that he took extraordinary measures to pursue the matter until the case against my son was dropped. I told Jeremy that we could not afford to further pursue the matter and a few months later I heard that he had taken the issue--Lone Tree would not allow a trial by jury--to the appeals court and had subpoenaed the Mayor of Lone Tree.
