Brian Bradford represents injured plaintiffs against insurance companies and other large corporate entities. Mr. Bradford began his legal career as a law clerk to three judges over a two year period, which has provided him with unique insight into the judicial decision-making process. Following his clerkships Mr. Bradford spent five years serving as a Deputy Colorado State Public Defender where he tried nearly 30 cases to jury verdict and learned what it takes to be an effective courtroom advocate. Mr. Bradford then transitioned into civil litigation where he worked for plaintiff's firms in Evergreen and Boulder before joining Bachus & Schanker, LLC, as an associate attorney. Every day Mr. Bradford brings his diverse experience to bear on behalf of his clients and takes seriously his role as their trusted advocate.
Mr. Bradford was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a degree in Management. He then attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, where he served as an editor on the law review and studied law for a semester at the University of Buenos Aires in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr. Bradford is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) and serves on the Board of the Kepner Educational Excellence Program.
