Dale, was efficient, and truly cared about being successful at ensuring we had a strong case. She was extremely prompt at responding to any questions we had and took the time to explain information to us. I could not be happier that she was the lawyer handling my case. It is because of her that we were successful in winning our case. Excellent lawyer.

I contacted Dale about a dispute between me and my car insurance carrier regarding who was at fault in a comparative negligence case. She personally responded via telephone and went over the circumstances with me to get the details. There were several glaring issues she immediately noticed and provided me a detailed list of things I should retrieve from the insurance company, as well as contingency options should the insurance company decline to provide any information. After trying the first, then second option of filing a complaint with the Division of Insurance, the second option was successful in resolving the matter.
Dale treated me with respect and care, as if I was someone important to her and not simply a paycheck. She was willing to help me as much as possible with her knowledge and advice, which is pretty spectacular. I had contacted several other lawyers as well, all of whom either failed to reply or simply told me to file a small claims lawsuit. To be plain, working with Dale was a day and night difference compared to the others. Should I ever need assistance again, I wouldn't even hesitate to call Dale.

I called Dale for a consultation on an upcoming case and she was kind, informative, and gave me clear direction for the case. She went above and beyond to explain things in my layman's language. Would definitely recommend doing business with Dale.
