Poor client service, terrible communication, zero deliverables for high cost

Laura Page said she could quickly take care of the legal matter we discussed. I gave her all the information she needed within a week. For the next TWO months, she made one excuse after the next as to why she couldn't get to the work done that she'd promised. She NEVER called. When she finally gav...e me some material to review, she had made a financial error that was HUGE (despite the fact she had the correct records about the information). Needless to say, I moved on went on to speak to other attorneys who were shocked by the treatment I'd received. Terrible experience. One star is too much for her.

I have no idea who this person is, given the anonymous post, so I cannot comment on the allegations. Further, I must uphold my duty to maintain my clients’ confidentiality. A lawyer’s duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions, and in an abundance of caution, the firm does not feel at liberty to respond in a point-by-point fashion in this forum. Suffice it to say that the firm does not believe that the post presents a fair and accurate picture of the firm or our attorneys. Should the anonymous person desire to discuss this further, he/she is welcome to contact us directly so that we may address any concerns.
