Kim helped me through a very difficult divorce with extenuating custody issues. She has a very strong personality with an enormous respect for what is right and ethical. Her cross-examination skills and her ability to accomplish goals, as well as fair compromises, during mediation are excellent. My children's safety was my number one goal and she kept focus on that. I am thankful everyday that Kim was on my team.

Ms. Utesch handled my difficult divorce and custody battle - I really had one focus throughout my divorce; my child's safety. Kim kept my best interest in mind, even though I often was not, and also gave me a better understanding of why things would or would not work the way I wanted it to; essentially providing a better understanding of the law. Kimberly helped me with harrassing neighbors, which is touchy situation in itself.
