Ms. Utesch founded Utesch Law, LLC in September 2012 and she practices primarily in family law, as a Child and Family Investigator, and mediator. Â Ms. Utesch can also assist with some real estate issues and bankruptcy matters. A variety of payment options are available, including unbundled services.
Ms. Utesch has been a resident of Colorado since 1974 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University of Denver where she graduated with honors in 2002, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
During law school, Ms. Utesch completed an internship with The Honorable Judge Angela Arkin who presided over a domestic relations docket in Douglas County, Colorado until retiring from the bench, and for the Colorado Association of Realtors.Â
Ms. Utesch believes in giving back to the community and is involved in a number of pro bono activities. Â Also, it is important to stay educated in an ever-changing field and Ms. Utesch attends a number of continuing legal education activities in order to stay current in her fields of practice.
