      I was referred to Burnham Law and specifically Rosemary (Rosie) Rizk after the divorce attorney representing me, from a separate firm, suddenly passed away. I was in a panic and called to leave Rosie a message. She immediately called back and although the trial was in 6 weeks, Rosie assured me that she could handle it and take care of me. Rosie is: diligent, intelligent, thorough, detail oriented, has a great sense of humor, aware Aware and respectful of the monies being spent, kind, thoughtful, tenacious and an amazing lawyer. There are not words to describe how grateful I am to her. She gave me my life back. Her frequent communication and layman explanations helped me understand and navigate the incredibly heart wrenching difficulties of ending a 28 year marriage. She is honest, straightforward and does not mince words. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.

      Rosemary Rizk helped me navigate my case and encouraged me every step along the way. My custody case was very complicated and not in my favor due to me not being a biological parent, and because of her guidance I received full custody, much more than I asked for. She's amazing.

      I spoke with three separate attorneys before choosing Rosie. I could not have made a better decision. She was a serious professional, yet extremely personable from day one. I was going through an extremely difficult time in my life and Rosie was able to show compassion, but knew that things needed to start happening on the business side to protect my interests. She is extremely organized and detail oriented. I was kept in the loop with everything throughout the entire process. When she was working on my case, she always gave 100% of her attention to me without being distracted by her other cases, though I'm sure she had a heavy workload. Rosie did not create false hope or expectations in my mind, but gave me realistic ideas of what to expect as we worked through the process. To be extremely honest, the final outcome was more than either of us expected and I sincerely felt bad for the opposing side! At the end of the day, this was money well spent and I've had zero regrets. On that topic, you may be thinking, "I can't afford to do something like this." My response to that would be...You can't afford NOT to! Thank you for everything Rosie! You are an excellent attorney and a great person!

      I attained Rosemary at a very desperate time, met with her once in what was a very stressfull and limited time for me and what surprised me the most was her accuracy of what my goals were when it came time to meet in mediation with the other party. Rosemary was on top of every issue that came up. She handled the hardest parts more professionally than I imagined an attorney could. She could see what was best for my situation for my daughter and me. I was so relieved! I should have done this review sooner and wished to, but I can't thank Rosemary enough for what she helped me through. She answered and addressed all my questions and has guided me every step so far. I've appreciated her focus, work and follow ups.
