I brought Gayle on as my lawyer about halfway through the divorce that I was filing for myself. The legalize and requirements, at that point, made me realize I was a little over my head. My previous experiences with lawyers hadn't been very positive so I was a little leery but I had been given a good recommendation to Gayle's law firm and after reading the bio's of the lawyers, I felt she was a good fit for me. That was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Gayle was thorough about everything and she was able to explain to me how it all worked. I was emotional, she was practical and succinct. She understood what my goal was and to that end, she did everything I asked for and kept it all on track. I can't thank Gayle enough for helping me through this particular difficult time in my life. If you are going through a divorce and you want a lawyer who listens and works with you, then you should call Gayle Moser. Her education, training, and experience combined with her knowledge of the mediators, courts, and judges was invaluable.

Gayle has been an extremely competent and supportive attorney throughout the entire process of post-decree legal proceedings. I needed a Modification of Parenting Time that also turned into an Emergency Hearing - and mixed in there was a child support case. She handled my case with expertise. I felt that she really listened to me and what I felt was in the best interests of my children. She was sensitive to my past dealing with domestic violence and was patient in explaining how all of the motions and proceedings would work. She was always well prepared, very responsive if I had any questions or concerns, excellent in the courtroom, and put me at ease throughout the process. With Gayle, I was able to secure sole decision making, ensure that my children were kept safe, and finally have peace in our lives. When you are her client, you truly feel like your case matters. If you need a family law attorney, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Gayle!

I hired Gayle Moser in March 2015 to assist me with some post-decree legal matters relating to parenting time, child support, and shared responsibilities with the children. I had contacted other lawyers several times about these issues during the 4 years after my divorce and they all pretty much told me the same thing - they couldn't help me. Gayle helped me tremendously from the start. She maneuvered through complicated legal processes that I had struggled for years to figure out. She helped me weed through years of documents, payments, and emails to put together my side of the story. She filed responses on my behalf to my former spouse who filed motions to get more parenting time and to pay less child support. Gayle's responses were so thorough and effective, my former spouse rescinded both motions with the court just two weeks after filing them. Dealing with these issues wouldn't have been possible on my own. Had I known that a lawyer like Gayle Moser existed, I would have invested in her services years ago. Her fees are fair, she works efficiently, and I always felt like she had my back. I'd hire her again in an instant. If you want a lawyer, who is a true advocate, and who will work hard to help you with your case, I'd recommend Gayle Moser. She really was the best.
