Having a bad past, such as mine, and going through a handful of lawyers to represent me, specifically that of criminal, I couldn't recommend anyone more than David Blair. First of all, I want to thank my lawyer, David Blair for taking my case over when my original lawyer pretty much left the firm without telling me a thing. I was feeling very upset and vulnerable about the case, not to mention feeling completely abandoned by the one person who was "supposed" to be on... my side. David ended up having to apologize for something he didn't even do, but took it in stride, got ready for court in a hurry, and made me feel like I did, in fact, matter. He answered my questions and advised me on my options. As a conviction would have been detrimental to my career as a nurse, I was terrified about the outcome. Although he couldn't guarantee exactly what would happen, he encouraged me to keep fighting the charges when I was tempted to just accept a reduced charge. In the end, he was able to get the case dismissed by taking the initiative to speak with the DA and outlining the weaknesses and holes in the prosecution's case. He obviously did his job well, because the case was dropped. I would not have had this result without him; I'm lucky the other lawyer ended up dropping me!
