I was severely injured in an auto accident when I was rear ended. Kevin Flesch advised against going to court after the insurance company low-balled us with a paltry settlement. In the end, it didn't cover a fraction of what I owed in co-pays, let alone the actual medical bills resulting from the acc...ident. His office took more than half of the settlement (after waiving attorney fees) while I was left with the equivalent of two week's pay for an injury which incapacitated me for months and required years of therapy to overcome. His refusal to stand up against the insurance company can be interpreted as cowardice or laziness. I made a mistake in hiring this firm. I have met one or two people who have recommended him as a criminal defense lawyer, therefore, I believe that he is probably a knowledgeable lawyer, just inexperienced or lacking the correct temperament for personal injury cases.
