Outstanding Lawyer!

Professional and courteous, Marc and his team handled my case with sensitivity and tact while obtaining the results I wanted. I couldn't have asked for better lawyers. They made me feel as though I was their number one priority, answered all my questions without being condescending and had a positive... attitude while handling my litigation. I couldn't recommend these gentlemen enough they are fantastic.

Incredibly Awesome

Marc is not only a lawyer, but he is a compassionate lawyer. He is all about the person and the person's needs first and makes sure that he guides you in the right direction. When I had questions about documentation that I may need for my business start up, Marc carefully guided me and also assisted ...by developing a form for signature for the clients registering for my business. This form not only protected my business and me personally as an owner, but also protected my clients. He was fast, thorough, and clear.

Very Efficiet Attorney

Mr. Patoile handled my case very effectively. His instructions and explanations were simple, clear, and direct. He did what he said he would do quickly and without fuss. He negotiated with the other party and quickly reached an appropriate and acceptable settlement. I would use Mr. Patoile's services... again without question.

Lazy but overcharging

Marc nearly messed up my divorce case. He is lazy and doesn't agree with his new co-attorney at all, on anything, plus they charged me for their millions of 'conferrals', that still didn't bring anyone up to speed. He hasn't read or responded to one single email but would call at random times. Addit...ionally, he would cancel appointments on multiple occasions for personal reasons for example 'going to the vet'. He came to my hearing unprepared and at a loss for words when he found out the judge he 'knew and was friends with' changed. He let me down on a human level and I am beyond disappointed in the reviews that I read that did not reflect my experience. Do not hire Marc unless you just need a living body to represent you.

Did not follow through

Marc Patoile -the attorney I hired to represent me for my divorce - did not follow through with what he said he would do. He assumed I knew how the law works and did not explain things well to me. The one reference that he gave to me for a CPA did not perform which set us back. I asked Marc about ...this and he told me he was mad at the CPA but Marc did not clear it up with the CPA. I received Poor communication from him. When I asked clarifying questions, I received yelling and less help. For example he would not return my phone calls or email. I had an appointment specifically to speak with the CPA and Marc. He canceled the appointment and told me to wait. After three weeks, I emailed and asked what I should be doing. He said it was too late to get things ready for our mediation and so we were left with nothing ready. I had everything prepared and was waiting for Marc. He chose to not follow through, to not call me, to not work things out I was not prepared for my mediation. He said I was welcome to call other CPAs and try to get the information but we only had 10 days so good luck. Therefore I was not able to go to mediation and we had to change the date again. That is only one of several instances in which I was not served. I am happy to provide email proof of these things.
