I don't recommend divorce, but if you have to do it retain Culver! I was very confused about the process and an emotional wreck my world had been turned upside down. I had met with a few lawyers around town and with most of them I felt like I was just a number on their list with their fancy offices, ...fancy art, and over priced fees. Culver took a genuine interest in my case and looked out for my best interests. He is enthusiastic, knowledgable, and straight up. He can be very sensitive when necessary but isn't afraid of breaking out the hammer if necessary. I never felt overcharged on the fees and his hourly rate was much better than the bigger firms.
