Great experience throughout the process.

The initial consultation was excellent. Raj took the time to thoroughly inform me of my options with proceeding with my personal injury case. He was clearly knowledgable of personal injury law, negotiation options, written demand options, and court procedures should we need to go to court. I hire...d Raj, and he regularly communicated as expected to update me on progress during the entire 1.5 year process from hire to final settlement resolution. Every communication was thorough, and Raj always requested my express consent prior to taking the next action in the case, and prior to sending key communications to other parties. Raj was able to secure me a settlement without the need to take the case to court. Even though we did not have to go through a court proceeding, Raj prepared my case and documented all of the materials as though they would go to trial, which was a huge asset and relief to be prepared for that possibility. I believe his approach also allowed us to put together settlement demands that had very thorough exhibits attached that conveyed the medical need for the settlement amounts requested. Even after the settlement was reached and delivered, Raj continued to work on contacting vendors with remaining invoices that were not submitted timely by the medical providers. Eventually, there was one outstanding invoice remaining, and both Raj and his legal assistant put in many extra hours trying to establish contact with a particularly unresponsive vendor. Due to their additional work, beyond the scope of our initial agreement, Raj was both able to get me awarded the full requested and negotiated settlement, and also resolve every outstanding invoice. Because of Raj and his team, I can put the entire car accident, medical bills, and insurance claims behind me, and have money to cover future medical expenses for my remaining injuries. I was very impressed with Raj throughout the entire process, and would highly recommend him as a personal injury lawyer.

Recommendation for Raj Chohan

I was the victim in an auto accident and was dealing with both insurance companies about my injuries and I was at my wits end. Raj took my case and sorted out the difficulties and dealt with the insurance companies with the utmost skill and was successful in getting a fair settlement. Raj explain...ed the process from the beginning and provided updates to me in a timely manner. I am so grateful that I was referred to Raj. He was knowledgeable about auto accidents and insurance, he was calm and communicated my options so that I could make informed decisions about how to proceed. He guided me through the process and was resourceful, hardworking and persevered through sorting out medical issues in my case. He is a good listener and that really increased my confidence. I highly recommend Raj.

Personal, professional, and determined to get the best outcome for his clients

We hired The Max Law Firm to help us after our family member was injured in an accident. Raj Chohan was professional, courteous, transparent, and empathetic. He clearly explained all the legal processes we would encounter and kept us fully informed as our case progressed. He saw the entire process... to the end, including the setting up of a trust for the settlement funds. Supportive, hard-working, and very knowledgeable

Raj worked on a case where I had to sue a hit-and-run drunk driver who was uninsured but did have personal assets. Excellent
