I had a Civil Case dealing with an elderly woman and two daughters. The Plaintiff which is the elderly woman and 1 daughter v.s the younger daughter. The case was granted to order re-convey of property back to it's rightful owner but the lawyer didn't follow up on the ending of the case. Five years later the elderly woman died and the daughter who stayed with her was evicted from the home. If this lawyer had review the entire case and made sure that there's no loose ends, all the drama and traumatic issues would had ceased. Eventually, I contacted the lawyer and was given the upmost respect and courtesy visit from this law firm. I was advised that I had to vacate the property, but at the same time he went after the Defendant who created this scene from the beginning. I was advised to speak with the Probate Attorneys who works with the law firm.
