About me

At Karen Brady & Associates, P.C., we are here to help you reach your personal goals. Our philosophy is that our value is in the questions we ask to help you craft the best estate plan or business transaction possible.  We consider the legal documents to be a means to an end, namely helping clients protect their loved ones and important assets. We have been serving Arvada, Colorado, and the West Denver metro area for 22 years and have focused on estate planning and business law for the past 18 years.

We know that the best legal counsel consists of more than just a strong knowledge of the law and how to apply it. Our firm combines three key elements to give our clients well-rounded legal counsel:

  • Legal competency: With 22 years of legal experience, we have seen a variety of situations and strategies. Our lawyer has a good idea of what will work and what ideas are not likely to be successful.

  • Family focus: If decisions were made in a vacuum, it would be easy to ignore the ramifications they have. However, because every decision affects other people, it is important to think about the possible outcomes of every possibility. We take the time to learn what is important to our clients, so we can help them make the best decision for their situation.

  • Individual attention: Although we have been practicing law for almost two decades, we never assume any two clients need the same thing. We see our clients as people, not as case numbers or legal issues. We want to know your hopes, fears and goals, so they can be properly addressed.

When we sit down with clients, we are focused on helping you get the legal information and support you need.Call 303-420-2863 to schedule your free initial consultation. We are here to help you meet your goals.

  • Scott Allen Williams

I have known Karen since the 1990's through the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. Karen has always impressed me as being a top notch lawyer with outstanding command of the legal issues pertaining to estate planning. Her approach to planning is to get to know each client so she can make recommendations during a customized process of building an estate plan. She is a gifted counselor, speaker and a genuinely warm person. Any client contemplating retaining Karen will not be disappointed.
