Did my paperwork incorrectly and attempted to charge me for the correction. He filed with the court an order appointing my son as his own father and changing his name to the wrong name. Then when I asked him to change it quoted me $2k. His secretary yelled at me for questioning that charge. Is that... ethical or legal? Get it right with a better lawyer who can read and spell.

Unethical. He made an error on a court order. It states that my son is his own father. When I asked to help change it and even offered to pay the court filing, he requires his retainer. $2500.
