I hired Mr. Ortiz after reading all the good reviews he was given. I made sure to pay all of my fees in a timely manner ( the only good thing I have to say about him is he offers payment plans). However, I was not pleased with his services. Mr. Ortiz only showed up to one of my hearings and sent a...n unprepared attorney on his behalf that was not familiar with my case. Needless to say my case did not end in a favorable way for me. I would not recommend Mr. Ortiz for a criminal case because I feel that my case was not thorougly reviewed and the process was rushed. It is very hard to schedule an appointment with him personally and when I did, it was rushed. Therefore, I do not feel that Mr. Ortiz is an attorney I would recommend to others.

I got a speeding ticket that I hired him for 5 years ago and I did my part as going to defensive driving and paying the court fee and now I'm getting a letter that I can not renew my license. I called to speak with him and his office hung up on me more than 5 times, refused to transfer me to his line... and made nasty comments about me when they thought I was on hold. Toward the end of the day he calls me yelling at me how it's my fault that they sent multiple letters which I never received and did not let me get one word in its no wonder his staff is so rude and ugly because he is the same way. I do not recommend him to anyone. Who wants a lawyer with a bad staff and a lawyer who calls to yell at you that it's all your fault, a money hungry lawyer that's who!!
