Ask many questions before committing.

My wife and I had a bad accident, we saw Mr. Ortiz and after 3 years our case was settled at the offer the insurance had made to us,40k for my wife and 30k for me, I thought I would be charged 25% by Mr. Ortiz but he assured us it had to be 35% because he had to deal with the adjuster we never went t...o court. At the end of the negotiations my wife received out of $40,000.00 a check for $16,000.00 I was offered $30,000.00 and received $14,000.00 I have no idea if this was a good deal but we did get something after 3 years. So form your own conclusions and ask many questions.

Guy is a true professional

Man is a connoisseur a smooth talker and very detailed and oriented. Professional and understands all situations at hand. This gentleman will get you more wins in a dispute at all cost.
