Qualified to solve positive resolution in any immigration law case!

Attorney Mr Millan, have an excellent associated staff in his office. He has the knowledge, and long experienced I need it for my case. Mr Millan, he remained pantient closely expleined to me about the process of my case. I first didn't believed I could qualified for a citizenship because I had a mis...demeanor case. However, Mr Millan efficiently helped me to obtained my U.S Citizenship! I will recommend him, no matter how complicated the case can be!

Mr. Millan is friendly, hard working individual who shows interest in your situation, follows through with his word and is sympathetic of your situation. He worked well with our entire family. He is very thorough, has an incredible work ethic, and is detailed. He sees the big picture of what he wants..., makes a plan and executes his plan. He works to win for his client. He took a nightmare of a situation and turned it into justice for our family.

Aida Hernandez - Asylum Applicant

I first hired Mr. Felipe Millan after being detained at the International Port of Entry bridge of the Americas in El Paso, TX, for seeking Political Asylum and taken to the ICE Detention Center for being a victim of crime in my own country. Since Mr. Millan's first visit to the detention center for ...my first interview, I noticed his interest in helping me get out of the situation I was in. After several denials of release from the detention center, Mr. Millan was able to convince the Immigration Judge to release me. It has been seven years since my release and my biggest fear was to go back to my country, however Mr. Millan has always found a way to help me stay in the U.S. He processed my Employment Authorization, which was first denied but after Mr. Millan's persistence, I finally received approval to work in the United Stated. Being a single mother of three U.S. Citizens, it is very important for me to be employed. Mr. Millan recently requested Prosecutorial Discretion on my case, and on July 30th, 2015 Administrative Closure was granted. I could not be happier, and thankful for Mr. Millan. Felipe D.J. Millan is by far the best Immigration Lawyer there is. Not only is he an amazing Attorney but also a caring human being who takes his client's cases very seriously and to a personal level, which makes me as a client feel safe and confident that whatever decision he takes for me would definitively be the best one for me and my family.
