THIS LAWYER IS TERRIBLE DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR ANY SORT OF CASE. MY CASE WAS FOR CHILD SUPPORT, AND I ENDED UP LOSING CUSTODY OF MY KIDS. HES VERY RUDE, WONT GIVE YOU REPORTS OF ANYTHING, AND DOESNT HAVE ANY ASSISTANTS. YOURE ON YOUR OWM WITH THIS DUDE.

Incompetent
Court appointed lawyer has left my brother languishing in jail since March. No felony charge. Neither Judge nor Grand jury interested in pursuing matter. But Guzman is a no-show at court X 4. Failed to file a motion for trial exam. Disciplined several times, why is this guy still practicing. Shame on...

BIG MISTAKE
Does not return calls. His secretary does not return calls either . Both unproffecional and lack communication skills. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I seeked another attorney to take the case even after paying his fees.

Frank Guzman Review case: possesion
Frank would never contact me. The bail bonds office called me more than he did. He would also never show up to my court hearings on time and still wouldn't let me know he would be late. I'm sitting at court right now waiting for him. It's been over an hour. Haven't heard from him.
