Mr Swindell helped us out of a bad spot

We were being sued by credit card companies and behind on payments. He was so nice and clear about the process of bankruptcy. He didn't mind phone calls later in the evening and always called us back. He was beside us all the way.

Opposing Counsel

Over the at least the last ten years, I have represented creditors in numerous cases in which Mr. Swindell was representing the Debtor. He aggressively protects his client's interests, but at the same time he has always been professional and courteous in his interaction with me as opposing counsel. ... I have also found him to be extremely ethical and knowledgeable in all of our dealings.
