I have used this man many many times and every time he has taken care of any and everything far beyond my expectations I've had others on my case that tried to just plea away and say this is the best you can get well that was untrue because I'm here today because of Adam I have been able to sit and talk with him on several occasions from my cases that he was on as well as custody battles for my children he not only took care of many big time offenses but also referred me to the right man to fight and gain custody of both my sons if you value your freedom or a loved ones freedom I strongly recommend Adam I think of him as a close friend wise advisor and an all around perry mason there is nothing he can't argue around and he is not scared and can't be bluffed also this man has called me on his own just to check on me and my boys and when I went to see him last waived my remaining balance he just said as a single father my boys needed it more than he did I have known this man about 3-4 years now and would never put my money or life in any other lawyers hands trust me and trust in him believe me you'll be happy and be able to sleep easy with Adam on your side

Law ninja!!!!!!!

IF YOU GET BUSTED ON I-40 WITH WEED, of any amount (im my case.... A trunk load). DO NOT LET ANYONE ELSE HANDLE YOUR CASE!!!! I used another layer prior to meeting Adam. The best the that 'WALT'Disney character could do was 15 years in prison. Adam worked his magic and got me 10 years probation with all fines payed up front...THEN. GOT ME OFF PROBATION AFTER ONLY DOING 2 YEARS!! DONT PLAY WITH YOUR FREEDOM.... But if you do... Hire Adam. Thanks Law ninja -west

An Advocate for the People

After an easygoing and friendly initial conversation with Mr. Tisdell, I hired him to defend me against a potential felony weed conviction. It soon became clear that Adam really knows his way around the Texas courts as well as knowing the law cold. In my case, the outbreak of Covid caused a backlog in the courts. Adam was able to negotiate a reduced plea and worked with the courts to have his many backlogged cases finally adjudicated, mine included. With the felony charge, I was facing a possible three year supervised probation period during which any minor transgression could be used against me. Adam had that reduced to a simple possession misdemeanor with a reasonable fine for not an unsubstantial amount of weed, and no probation. Adam’s an attorney who really works the system on behalf of his clients. As a committed advocate, it seems he takes punitive marijuana laws as a personal affront and truly fights for the best possible client outcomes. I can unequivocally recommend Adam, whether you’re in or out of state.

Dismissed!!!

Adam works hard on getting you the best result. The DA was trying to settle and give me 4 year felony probation and upon completion I wouldn’t be a felon , most lawyers would say take the deal because they don’t want to go to trail . Not Adam , he told me to hold off and let him do what he does. I listened and I’m glad I did he got it all dismissed thanks Adam!!!

Busted with weed on i40

I got busted with pounds of weed In my trunk on i40 . I got charged with a second degree felony. After getting out of jail after one night. I started searching for a lawyer who will work my case. I was trying a few until I got to Adam. After talking to him one minute I knew I got the "ONE". Adam first of all gave me confidence and a good feeling about the upcoming process. He didn't give any promises or sweet lies. But he sure said that he is going to do and use all the ways he can in order to give me the best deal. So let me tell you something- Adam is a PROFESSIONAL. HE GOT MY CASE DISMISS . I couldn't believe when he called to tell me. He know's the DA and the highway patrol better than they know themselves. Threw the whole process I barely talked to Adam but every time we did he made everything very clear and understandable. He always told that I can call him any time I have questions or I'm concerned and when ever I had he was there to answer and explain. I can keep on writing here about how good Adam but I think I made my point. IF YOU GET INTO TROUBLE ON I40 DON'T THINK TWICE AND HIRE ADAM! THANK YOU AGAIN!

Amazing & Caring! Blessed to find Adam!

Adam Tisdell started off just by listening, which was different from the other we called. After he listened he gave us good, clear and solid advice and options. If course these matters aren't cheap but it was affordable. We were a family of 3 in a horrible situation. Definitely worse just because we got caught up in Texas and we were from California. From the beginning communication was always great. And because we had family emergencies and couldn't make payments for a bit, he got our date extended for us. It was hard since we were in different states. We always communicated and explained or situation. He worked with us regarding payments and in the end was a blessing to our family and situation! I would recommend Adam Tisdell to anyone in this type of horrific situation. I know there won't be one for us again but if for any reason we need an attorney Adam would be the one we call!! Excels in excellence.

Adam was amazing. From the first phone call he went above and beyond to help me on my case. His rates are fair and reasonable for the outcome of the cases. He ensured we got a fair verdict in a very unfair state. I would highly recommend him on any case involving marijuana possession. Above & Beyond

As my husband and I live in Florida, my home state is Colorado. As we had been married less than a year, I had left the majority of my belongings back home. As we were returning home from Colorado I had purchased marijuana to bring back with me as I had my medical card for many years. In a small town, we were wrongfully pulled over, my husband was arrested. I called Adam Tisdell and am so glad I did. Although my husband has been sober for over a decade, he did time for drug trafficking in his past. The D.A. really wanted a conviction for this reason. Adam had his assistant go over the tapes again, where she found we had in fact been wrongfully been pulled over. The case was dismissed weeks before trial. We cannot extend our gratitude enough, nor recommend anyone other than Adam Tisdell and his assistant for going that extra mile for us when some attorneys would not have done so.

Better Call Adam

Saul Goodman isn't real, but Adam Tisdell definitely is, and will get you out of a jam. The facts: I was facing a 3rd degree felony with a mandatory minimum of 2 years if convicted. Best deal offered by the DA prior to hiring Adam was 3 years probation, $3000 fine, $500 probation transfer, and deferred adjudication on the felony. Problem with deferred adjudication? Any screw up on probation and the judge can IMMEDIATELY hand down any judgement within the parameters of the felony. 2 to 10 years in my case. That would be years of extreme stress hoping I didn't screw up. After hiring Adam? Plead guilty to Class A MISDEMEANOR, $500 fine, no probation transfer, 2 years probation on a misdemeanor, and he even got my car released (pending, but he says it will happen). I report once a month online. Those are the facts. My opinion? HIre Adam. Don't let his laid-back demeanor fool you, he is worth every penny.

I came to Adam with a case brought by my ex wife . Adam looked at the case and was shocked that i was even charged . Adam started on my case right away . Adam pulled out all the stops on it and did everything for me. Adam gave me excellent legal advice on the case and stood by me every step of the process he never let me down. Adam is an attorney by which all others should be judged. I highly recommend Adam very much He is very ethical brutally honest and a very tough lawyer.

Best result possible

I was arrested near Amarillo, TX for possession of Marijuana. Turns out that edibles are considered a Felony 2 (very serious) in Texas. I was also charged with a misdemeanor. I was very worried. I hired Mr. Adam Tisdell to fight my case after seeing several of his billboards along the highway and reading some very positive reviews. I felt better about my situation after our first conversation when he assured me he would fight for the best result. He was very clear in explaining the charges and what he believed the possible outcomes could be. He was also very reasonable with his fee and worked with me on payments. After 4 months of waiting and plenty of worrying, I received some amazing news from Mr. Tisdell when he told me the case was completely dismissed! Not every case is the same, but he was able to get my charges dropped and I never even had to go to court. In addition to being a great lawyer, Mr. Tisdell is very nice, easy to talk to, and respectful. I would recommend Mr. Tisdell to anyone looking for legal help in Amarillo/West Texas.

Adam worked magic on my case. Since Day 1 it began looking rough for my situation and Adam assured me he would handle things in a professional manner, he succeeded. I was warned I could do anywhere from 10-30 years for my charges and Adam told me I wouldn't do 1 day of time for them. My cased ended with a sentence of 5 years of probation and 100 community service hours, which I'm very grateful for. Outstanding Lawyer

Adam did a great job on our case! We got caught with marijuana and he got us off with only a fine to deal with! He was easy to talk to and took care of everything for us! Definitely would recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer!

Gets the job done!

Adam worked his magic when I was looking at a plea of 12 years for a probation violation. Once we went to court he got my probation reinstated and a sentence of only 6 months in the county jail. He is defiantly the real deal!

Adam Tisdell is an exceptional lawyer and will get you the results you need.

Great, Even out of state

Adam did in amazing job handling my case, even though I'm from out of state, kept me in the loop each step of the way and when it was time to go to court he picked me up from my hotel, drove over 2 hours to the court house, and then 2 hours back to the airport after I received a very favorable outcome. I fully expected to rent a car, and it was on the way to court that I really got to know Adam. This is the first time I've EVER been able to relate with my lawyer, who happened to provide exceptional and professional legal representation. Adam is way ahead of his time and I don't know where I would be without his services.

This man is an amazing lawyer!

I had a theft case which I wasn't even sure if Tisdell would take but he did. I had tried to get a hold of a different lawyer at first but that guy wouldn't answer my calls after we talked about my case and I was trying to make an appointment to pay him so I found Tisdell. Adam answers his own phone so you never have to play phone tag with a receptionist and he always got back to me really quickly on the off chance that he didn't automatically pick up the phone. I was really nervous about the case and I called him multiple times to go over small details and to have me reassure me about all the possibilities of my case. He was very caring and made me feel very at ease. He would call me whenever new information would pop up and let me know how it changed my case. He also handled everything with my bail bonds people so everything was taken care of for me. He went back and forth with the prosecution for me even though it wasn't a big case, and got my case dismissed! Thank you so much Tisdell! I would not hire any other lawyer!

My Experience With a Really Great Attorney!!

I recently hired Adam Tisdell after having a legal matter that required what i felt like could only be handled by the best attorney i could find. After my wife and I consulted with Adam we believed he would meet this the requirement, although of course only time would tell. Throughout the duration of his service he exceeded all of our hopes, not only from a legal stand point but financially and personally as well. Without his fine tuned timing and knowledge, I could have been facing serious consequences for the allegations against me. In the end, he delievered a better than could be hoped for out come and I couldnt be happier. He truly is a "Super-Lawyer"!!! If you are in need a top of the line attorney, this is the guy to hire!
