I've utilized Mat in two separate custody disputes with favorable results in both, the first in 2011 and another in June of 2019. Mat was able to prevent my ex from leaving the state with my daughter, obtained ...50/50 custody, and just recently secured full custody as my ex attempted move again. Custody lawyers in general are never cheap, so pick a good one! Mat is extremely intelligent, quick-thinking, and understands how to argue family matters.

My experience was the best ever under the circumstances. Mr. Rueda was patient with me from the start. I am disabled and couldn't always meet him at his office. He would make sure to set up phone appointments to address all my questions even if it was after his business hours. I wanted to review Mat because of the job he did on my Child Support case. I was served with papers from the court requesting that I go to jail for delinquent child support payments.
