I am never one to write recommendations about professionals who are supposed to do a job and get it done. He sticks to agreed timetable of conversations and meetings with fair warning if changes are needed in schedule.  He answered my calls day or night, or used to call back as soon as possible with unneeded apologies for not being able to talk to me because he was in a meeting. He even called me back when he was on vacation just because he thought it was important to me to get clarification on a matter related to my case that ended up being so simple after his explanation.
