Thanks Lisa!

Lisa is very professional yet personable and easy to get along with, something that was important to me in selecting representation. While I wanted an easy going lawyer I was also aware, knowing my Ex, that I needed someone that could play 'hard ball' if need be and she definitely delivered! Lisa i...s very knowledgeable about Divorce and Family Law and I appreciated she was familiar with the requirements of Hays County as well. Lisa worked hard to get me what I was entitled to at the same time always listening to my needs and wants. Divorce is never easy but Lisa did her best to make the process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommend

Lisa Lindergan made a very painful divorce go as smooth as she could for me. She started by just letting me talk and she listened and asked questions in a way that was very comforting in a very uncomfortable situation. She guided me along and was always very patient in explaining to me what all of ...the legal terms meant in laymens terms so I could more easily digest the information. She planned mediation with me in a way that we went in with a well organized plan where we had identified the best possible outcome for me down to what I could live with as the negotiation process began. In a very long and arduous mediation she maintained a level of energy to follow our plan. Ar the end of mediation I walked away with a signed agreement I was completely satisfied with. I also appreciate the way Lisa responds to me so quickly and with thourough answers. Lisa is truly in the business to achieve what is in the best interest of the children involved and her client.

My worries are over.

Lisa was not my first divorce lawyer but when my (now!) ex started to play hardball, my first lawyer recommended her. From our first meeting, I k ew she would do a wonderful job. She listened to everything I had to say, even the emotional stuff, and was considerate to my needs through your the proces...s. She sat with me for almost eight hours of mediation and was both a comfort and a level head when I was not thinking straight. I hope to never go through a divorce again, but if I do, I will have Lisa on my side.

Matter-of-fact advice for a single parent seeking custody and child support

I went to Lisa seeking advice on what to do about my ex-boyfriend trying to deny paternity and dodge child support for our son. She was referred by a friend. It was a scary time, as I was a single mom, and my ex was threatening me with a custody battle if I took it to court. Lisa was there to give su...pport and to give me the facts. She did not try to sell me grand delusions or unrealistic expectations. In the end, the matter was settled out of court with little drama or expense to me. I would and have recommended Lisa to close friends seeking advice over custody and divorce issues. She is amazing!

After 10 years - reliable assistance when you need it the most.

Once again needing assistance with divorce and child custody law and documents. I again turned to Lisa Londergan to assist me. Lisa and her team responsiveness, knowledge and authenticity turned issues that I had been working days to resolve into a mere couple of hours of work. Even though its been... over 10 years since Lisa assisted me with my divorce she remembered me and had her team engaged in the first hour of me reaching out to her for help. I highly recommend Lisa and her team.
