A powerhouse that is conscious and compassionate divorce attorney

As emotional as dvorce, and custody, is for anybody, I lucked out with Lisa as my attorney. She got to know me, my personality, my intentions, and the holistic situation I found myself in. Her ability to drive information out, keep me grounded and realistic was almost seamless because she did it wit...h compassion and understanding of the human side involved. I felt at ease that she knew what she was doing and was looking for, not only my best interest, but that of my son too. Lisa is a force to be reckon with, and she doesn’t have to be mean or aggressive to be fighting for you and your best interest. I really admired her approach and staying on top of learning more about my individual case while researching how to bring what she needed together for the case to be successful. I can tell she has quite the experience under her belt and really uses it to help families in a positive way. She has redefined my life and the outcome is all for the well being of my life now and that of my future too. I highly recommend Lisa if you truly want somebody on your side that will be strong, yet compassionate and honest with you.

Intelligence and integrity

I hired Lisa to represent me when my ex husband sued me for custody and / or a huge increase in his visitation and rights. Lisa acted with intelligence and integrity that impressed me greatly; I could tell she was a smart, capable, experienced lawyer from the moment I met her. My case did not have ...the outcome I desired (my ex was granted the huge increase in visitation that he wanted), but, as I learned, the judge you are assigned has a great deal to do with the outcome, and overall it could have been a lot worse. Lisa advised me well, and I would definitely trust her with any similar legal issues that come up in the future. I hugely appreciated Lisa being able to fight for me and my child while maintaining a high level of personal integrity.

She's a real person, with integrity and spunk!

I hired Lisa for a modification of custody case for my child. I was really distraught about the whole thing and frankly, had not had the best of luck with attorneys in the past. I first met with an associate of Lisa's to discuss my case, who then recommended I work with Lisa directly. Lisa has a ...way of making you feel confident that she knows what she's doing. I felt informed during the whole process and she answered all of my questions thoroughly, even when I threw out some curveballs. I've had experiences before where the lawyer talked a big game but when it came down to it, would back off from the opposing (aggressive) attorney. That is definitely not the case here. Lisa is not afraid to pull some punches while still remaining tactful and professional. She managed to arrange mediation and get us to the point where there was a successful outcome, at least as much as the situation would allow. She's also a mom, and as a mom, she had empathy for my emotional struggle during this time. That means a lot when you're going through one of the toughest moments as a parent. In addition, she managed to inject some humor and personality into the whole mix which just makes you feel a lot less miserable in an otherwise bleak situation. I always felt supported. Only negative was that she's very busy. And I was very busy, both professional women with a lot on our plates. It did make scheduling tough at times, on my side as well. But if you want a good attorney, you expect them to be busy. Brent at her office was great in fielding questions and getting answers quickly. I definitely recommend Lisa and her team should you find yourself in need of a Family Law attorney!

Highest of praise
