Experienced, compassionate and understanding attorney

I contacted Lisa after consulting with a handful of lawyers and upon speaking to her about my situation she was the only attorney who spoke to me with compassion but she was also direct. My divorce was high-conflict and Lisa is experienced in dealing with high-conflict cases. She listened to my conce...rns and was reassuring. I’m glad she convinced me that mediation was worth a try even in my case that involved child custody. Her team was very helpful during the process and my questions and concerns were always addressed. Divorce isn’t an easy process by any means, but Lisa and her team guided me into making the best decisions for myself and my daughter.

Look No Further

Out of the blue, I was unexpectedly hit with a divorce petition and was at a complete loss of what to do. I started by reading a good number of reviews such as ones posted on this site, so I am well aware of how important this feedback can be to someone else. By pure luck, I stumbled onto Lisa's revi...ews and was very impressed by what was written by so many people. After meeting her, it was a no brainer to hire Lisa as she immediately proved her intelligence and firm grasp of family law. Not only was she able to guide me through 2 years of difficult high-conflict divorce, custody, and property processes, but also provided prudent and practical advice to get me through the difficult emotional periods. Lisa was extremely easy to partner with and patiently explained all aspects of what work I needed to do and how to prepare for my case. Her support staff of paralegals and junior attorneys were second to none. Against the notoriously aggressive opposing attorney my ex was using, Lisa successfully parried all accusations using her exceptional knowledge of the law and understanding of the specific pertinent facts to my case. Additionally, Lisa has an extensive contact list regarding the best guardians, co-parenting counselors, child therapists, and psychologists/psychiatrists. I didn’t realize it at the time, but the high-integrity and talented mental health professionals I chose based on Lisa’s recommendations proved to be crucial to my case. That coupled with Lisa’s judicious counseling, I received a judgement that far exceeded my expectations regarding the custody and property outcomes. As a father in the state of Texas, it is almost impossible to gain majority possession of the children, yet that is exactly what she did for me. I highly recommend Lisa and her staff… hiring her will likely be one of the best decisions you’ve made in a while.

She is the calm in the storm

Lisa represented me through a two-year long, high-conflict divorce complicated by child custody, a spouse with mental health issues, and opposing council of no less than three aggressive attorneys. I highly recommend Lisa Londergan. I found her to be exceptionally smart, necessarily confident and ...assertive, strongly committed to achieving a solution that was in my best interest, and the calm steadying hand capable of bringing my difficult case to a favorable close. I choose Lisa to represent me because of the amount of experience she has successfully representing fathers in child-custody disputes and her understanding of mental health issues and the related law. She worked with me to develop a strategy that would both maximize the safety of my son during the divorce while simultaneously working to achieve the best possible long-term outcome for us all. She was always patient and willing to explain and discuss each and every aspect of the divorce process. She was available and responsive throughout. Working with her, I found that she has an exceptional handle on family law, and an intimate familiarity with ins and outs of the legal process. This is undoubtedly due to her many years of experience successfully representing clients across a wide variety of situations. Professional and Compassionate

Lisa was my second lawyer, I had retained a lower hourly rate attorney previously, and they did everything they could to bill me as many minuets as possible. Lisa took over my case and had it fully resolved, with me getting more than I thought I would be able to, all while being compassionate and car...ing to all parties involved and helping us to maintain a healthy relationship so we can now co-parent. She never looses sight of the people who are hurting at the heart of her cases. She keeps you focused, realistic, and I could not recommend her enough.

Great high-conflict divorce lawyer.

Lisa took over my case after my previous lawyer did a terrible job. She worked diligently to get me the best possession schedule for my daughter as was possible.
